Experience
Lauren holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated with distinction. She also holds a unique certification in State and Local Tax.
Lauren provides advanced tax and structural guidance to businesses, families, philanthropists, and the charities themselves, helping organizations establish, operate, and grow in alignment with their missions.
Her background includes in-house counsel roles, experience at a national Am Law 200 firm, and boutique practices in South Florida, allowing her to anticipate challenges and resolve them with a measured, strategic approach. Lauren is deeply mission-oriented, focused on creating solutions that are not only sound, but enduring.
Throughout her career, Lauren has been involved with numerous nonprofit boards and philanthropic organizations, particularly those supporting arts education and cultural enrichment in South Florida.
